The project of " Beautiful Romantic Bay European Cultural Tourism Zone"(or Hainan European Style Town) is located in the Longevity County of the world, Chengmai County in Hainan Province, 10 minutes by car from Hainan West High-speed Railway Station, 25 minutes from the centre of Haikou and 35 minutes from Haikou Meilan Airport. It is a major project for the tourism circle of greater Haikou city in the northern Hainan.

The project was planned and invested by the Hainan Zhongdongfang Industrial Co., LTD. As a cultural tourism project, it has been included in the Twelve & Five key projects of Hainan. It is also one of the emphasis of the Industrial Development Strategy which is "One City, Two Centers, Three Districts, Four Counties" for Chengmai county. It is a core project of development strategic of the tourism pillar industry for Chengmai The details are introduced as follows:

I. The background of the construction and operation.

On the 31st December 2009, the GUOFA Document【2009】No.44 that is “The certain opinions on promoting the construction and development of Hainan International Tourism Island” issued by the State Council, which sped up the pace of the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island. According to the OPINIONS about the strategic positioning of Hainan as a reform and innovation pilot area of China's tourism industry and an important platform for international cultural exchange, with support from the relevant departments of Party and government in Chengmai county, our company planned and invested the project.

In 2014, the record of tourists came to Hainan was 47.89 million exceeded 40 million for the first time, which was to provide a broad market for the project’s operation in future.

II. The construction ideas and content of the project.

1. The project will provide a high-end holiday tourism service. We will design and construct 6 tourist resort towns in five European countries, which are Spanish, France, Germany, England, Italy and Russia. In each town, we will construct the cultural tourism outlets shopping street which reflects the national style and the historical & cultural heritage. We will cooperate with the company in certain country to reflect a strong feature of European culture, to make the tourists feel like in Europe when they are in Hainan.

2. For the project, three theme parks including two European cultural tourism theme parks which are an Andersen fairy tale theme park and a Verne science fiction adventure theme park, also an egret ecological park will be constructed.

3. The project will build three 18-hole international championship level golf courses. The first 18 hole international championship level golf course - Hainan Beautiful Romantic Bay Golf Course was opened on December 12th, 2012, which was awarded the "Top ten extraordinary new golf course of China in 2013".

4. The project will build an national 5A class tourist attraction with the theme of European culture which will be unique in Asia, to fill the regional and structural gaps in the construction of Hainan international tourism island. After the completion of the project, we will develop tourism lines such as European culture tour, Europe outlets shopping tour, Europe park family tour, Europe science fiction adventure, European town romantic tour, European golf leisure tour and European rural eco-tourism tour.

III. The construction of the project, the scale of investment, the target of the planning and construction.

For the project, we plan to use land of 799.33 hectares and invest totally 10 billion RMB estimated.

After the completion of the project, it could provide residence for 50 thousand tourist people and provide service for 10 million tourists every year.

Annual entrance ticket income and outlets shopping income will be 10 billion RMB, the profit and tax will be 2 billion. The project will offer 5 thousand direct job opportunities and 25 thousand indirect job opportunities.

IV. The investing and constructing period and the project schedule in 2016.

The investing and constructing period would be 10 years, from March 2009. To February 2019.

Until October 2015, we had completed a total investment of 1.156 billion. The first 18 hole international championship level golf course was opened on December 12^th. The first and second phase of construction for the Spanish town and the Italy town has been completed. The city hall of England town first phase has been completed. The construction of the tourism real estate is started. The Country Garden- Beautiful Romantic Bay Five Stars Hotel will be open trial at the end of 2015.

In 2016 We plan to complete the investment of 1 billion for the project. Project schedule:

250 thousand square meters of tourism real estate construction area. 150 thousand square meters of main part of the project will be completed by May and the rest by the end of September.

100 thousand square meters of main part of the project will be completed by August and the rest by the end of December.

The main part of the German cultural tourism and outlets shopping street will be completed by the end of November.

      The foundation engineering of the Beautiful Romantic Bay Road will be completed by the end of September.
